One of the best shopping destination in Asia is definitely Hong Kong. Ranging from designer luxury bags, 999 gold jewelry or even quirky fashion accessories, you can surely find it in Hong Kong. For visitors, when is the best season to shop in Hong Kong.

There are 3 main seasons:-
a) Chinese New Year
- most shopping malls will have huge savings before and during the Chinese New Year weeks. Good points for this season include the extended shopping time, where some stores are open till 12 midnight!

b) end of July, beginning of August
- starting from mid July, all the luxury brands in Hong Kong will start their sale
- towards the beginning or mid August, some brands even offer extra discounted rates (i managed to buy some shoes at up to 70% discounts)

c) Christmas shopping season
- end of the year sale is the best timing to shop and Hong Kong is famous for various products on sale.
